Mr. H S Sohrawardhi, Vice President & Company Secretary is an MBA from IBA, Dhaka University. He joined CRAB in 2003.

He took trainings on credit rating of Banks and Insurance companies in Rating Agency Malaysia. He also participated in various training programs arranged by Asian Development Bank, Association of Credit Rating Agencies in Asia, Bangladesh Bank, Securities & Exchange Commission etc.

 Before joining CRAB he worked in Standard Chartered Bank and CRISL. He also works as part time lecturer in universities.

Mr. Md. Tajul Islam, Assistant Vice President,   is an MBA from Dept of Finance & Banking, Dhaka University. He has been working with CRAB Ltd since 2004, and has performed several rating assignments including rating of banks, financial institutions, corporate, bonds etc.

He had received training on Credit Rating, arranged by Asian Development Bank (ADB) & Association for Credit Rating Agencies in Asia (ACRAA), held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; in Manila, Philippine and in India.

He has several years of working experience in manufacturing entities.

Mr. Ehsanul Kabir, Senior Financial Analyst is an MBA from University of Wales, UK. He has been working with CRAB Ltd since 2007. He has performed several rating assignments including rating of insurance companies, financial institutions, projects etc.

He has 7 years of experience in financial institutions & insurance sector.

Mr. Enam Al Quddus, Senior Financial Analyst is an MBA from IBA, Dhaka University. He has been working with CRAB Ltd from 2004, and has performed good number of rating assignments including rating of financial institutions (i.e. Commercial Banks and Non Banking Financial Institutions).

He has got the experiences of working in various banking and non-banking financial institutions. He has worked with the rating team of ICRA Ltd of India, for the rating of a non banking financial institution as part of on the job training in India.

He had served in Standard Chartered Bank and also worked in Securities Brokerage firms.

Razib Ahmed, Senior Financial Analyst is an MBA from Department of Finance & Banking, Dhaka University. He has been working with CRAB Ltd from December 2006. He has performed several rating assignments including rating of financial institutions (Commercial Banks, NBFIs, General Insurance), Project finance and corporate.He has received training on Credit Rating, arranged by Asian Development Bank (ADB) & Association for Credit Rating Agencies in Asia (ACRAA), held in Manila, Philippine; and participated in various training programmes/workshops arranged by DCCI, BEI etc. 

Before joining CRAB, he worked in Dhaka Bank Ltd and Standard Chartered Bank.

Mr. Mir Arif Billah, Senior Financial Analyst is an MBA from Department of Accounting & Information System, Dhaka University. He has been working with CRAB Ltd. since December 2006. He has performed several rating assignments including rating of financial institutions, insurance companies, MFI, project finance and corporates. He received several trainings from DCCI, BEI etc.

Mr. Nur Elahee Molla, Financial Analyst is an MBA from Dept. of Finance, University of Dhaka. He has passed CFA Level 1 Exam held on June 2009 and is a candidate of CFA Level II Exam will be held on June 2010. He has been working with CRAB Ltd from April 2007, and has performed several rating assignments including rating of banks, financial institutions, corporate, project finance, bonds etc.

He has participated several training, workshop and conference arranged by BEI, Citibank N.A., Bangladesh and other local organizations.  

He has Working experience with Bangladesh Bank.

Ms. Tahmina Islam, Financial Analyst is an MBA from Dept. of Finance & Banking, Dhaka University. She has been working with CRAB Ltd since 2006, and performed several rating assignments including rating of financial institutions.

She has experience in manufacturing and service sector.

Ms. Shahtaj Noor, Financial Analyst is an MBA from Dept. of Finance & Banking, Rajshahi University. She has been working with CRAB Ltd from March 2008. She has performed rating assignments of insurance companies and financial institutions.

She has working experience with a multinational telecommunication company and nationalised commercial bank.

Mr. Mavin Ahmed is an MBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He has also completed BBA from the same Department. He has joined CRAB Limited as a Financial Analyst in October 2009. He is currently working with Entity and Client Rating of various corporations and industries.

He has worked with AAA Consultants & Financial Advisers Ltd. and Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited. He is also a founder member and former Head of Promotion & Ideation of ‘The Voice of Business’, the first and only business magazine published by the students of Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka.

Mr. Md. Abdullah Omar, is an MBA and BBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He has been working with CRAB Ltd as a “Financial Analyst” from October 2009. He has currently working with entity ratings on Microfinance Institutions (MFI) and other Financial Institutions.

He had working experience with Nationalized Commercial Bank (NCB) on project implementation and Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited on security analysis &. portfolio management.

Mr. Jubair Mohammad Hasan, Financial Analyst is an MBA and BBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He has been working with CRAB Ltd. from October 2009. He is currently working with various rating assignments including rating of financial institutions and manufacturing companies.

He has working experience with AAA Consultants & Financial Advisers Ltd. which is a merchant bank concentrating in Issue Management. He has also experience of working in Banks, Audit Firms and Capital market environments of Bangladesh.

Mr. Nafiz Iftekhar, Financial Analyst is an MBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He has also completed BBA from the same department. He has been working with CRAB Ltd. from October 2009. He is currently working with various rating assignments including rating of financial institutions.He has interest in financial modeling and analysis.

He has working experience with Banks. He also worked in the research department of LankaBangla Securities Limited.

Mr. Md. Al-Amin, Financial Analyst is an MBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He has also completed BBA from the same department. He has been working with CRAB Ltd. from December 2009. He is currently working with Entity and Client Rating of various corporations and industries. He has interest in financial analysis.

He has working experience with Banks. Formerly he worked as Research Associate in Centre for Corporate Governance and Finance Studies, DU. He also worked as Faculty Member in BRAC Training Division.

Mr. Sheikh Abdul Ahad is an MBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He has also completed BBA from the same Department. He has joined CRAB Limited as a “Financial Analyst” in December 2009. He is currently working with Entity and Client Rating of various corporations and industries.

She has worked with the Trust Bank Limited and City Bank Limited. In addition to that, she worked as an Executive, Finance in Orient Group. She has received training on Credit Rating arranged by ICRA and participated in several workshops and conferences.

Mir Imdadul Haque is an MBA and BBA from Department of Finance & Banking, University of Rajshahi. He has sign in CRAB Limited as a “Financial Analyst” from April 2010. He is currently handling with Entity and corporate Rating of various corporations and industries.

He has working experience with the Janata Bank Limited . Moreover, He was the faculty member of S@ifur’s, practical spoken, member of AOBC (Association Of Business Concern), the harbinger and icon association surrounded by business related ambience  based in R.U. He has participated several workshops and conference arranged by international  organization like ICRA.

Md. Hasanuzzaman, Financial Analyst is an MBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He completed his BBA from the same department. He has been working with CRAB Ltd. Since March 2010. He is currently working with Entity and Client Rating of various corporations and industries. He has interest in financial analysis and research.

Mohammad Aiyub Khan completed B.B.A (Finance and Banking) and M.B.A (Finance) from Chittagong University. He also worked as a Lecture in Business Faculty of International Islamic University Chittagong.

Mr. Md. Istiaque Mahmod Shah Joined CRAB Ltd. as a Financial Analyst in May 2010. He is an M.B.A from Department of Banking, University of Dhaka. He has also completed his B.B.A from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He is currently working with Entity and Client Rating of various corporations and industries. Mr. Istiaque has received training on Credit Rating arranged by ICRA.

He has completed three years Chartered Accountancy (CA) Article ship period with Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co, Chartered Accountants, Chittagong – an independent correspondent firm to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Also completed four subjects of Professional Stage (Knowledge Level). In 2006 he has completed Masters of Business Studies (MBS) major in (Accounting) under National University also continuing Masters of Business Administration (MBA) major in Finance in UITS.

Md. Hussainul Islam Sajib is a Junior Financial Analyst at CRAB since December, 2009. He has completed BBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He is currently involved with Entity and Client rating of various companies and industries.

Mr. S. M. Javed Hasnain completed BBA from IBA, Jahangirnagar University. Currently he is pursuing professional qualification with ACCA as studying in skill module. Joined CRAB as a Junior Financial Analyst in December 2009. He is currently working with Entity and Client Rating of various corporations and industries.

MD. Farjad Siddiqui is a BBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He has joined CRAB as a Junior Financial Analyst in January 2010. He is currently working with Entity and Client Rating of various corporations and industries.

He has worked in Marico Bangladesh Ltd in the pricing of IPO and planning operational structure of Investor Relation Program. He also worked in Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB). In addition to that, he acted as Executive, Finance in Sierra Communication BD Ltd, a web developing and marketing consultancy firm.

Md. Wali-Ul-Islam is a BBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He has been working with CRAB Limited since April, 2010. He is currently working with Entity and Client Rating of various corporations and industries.

He has worked with NCC Bank Limited. He has received training on Credit Rating arranged by ICRA and participated in several workshops and conferences.

Hussain Md. Yasin, Jr. Financial Analyst a BBA from Institute of Business Administration, Jahangirnagar University. His area of concentration in BBA was Finance and Marketing. He has joined CRAB Limited as a Junior Financial Analyst in April 2010. 

He has working experience with Prothom-alo jobs as a Management Trainee in Business Development and Branding. Mr. Yasin is also a founder member and former Secretary of Student’s Association, the organization managed by the students of Institute of Business Administration, Jahangirnagar University. He has received training on Rating Methodology & Framework by CRAB and participated in several workshops and conferences throughout his career.

Mithun Das is a BBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He has joined CRAB as a Junior Financial Analyst in April 2010. He is currently working with Entity and Client Rating of various corporations and industries.

Dihab Nayeem Karim is a graduate in International Business from ‘Limkokwing University of Creative Technology’, Malaysia. He is an award winner from ‘Malaysia Design and Innovation Center’ for Excellence in Strategic Marketing. He has joined Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh as ‘Manager, Business Development’ in April 2010.

He has previously worked in Palmal Group of Industries as Corporate Executive. Later he was also employed by Zonron Ltd as Sales Manager.

He completed his MBA from University of Dhaka, Department of Marketing, and Faculty of Business Studies. He has got his BBA (Marketing) from University of Dhaka and Faculty of Business Studies. He completed his internship program from HSBC. He joined Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh limited (CRAB) as a “Manager, Business Development”.
